My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, each with its unique charm like large windows and a cozy fireplace. The king beds were super comfy, and the sofa and leather lounge chair added a nice touch. The service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist, although there was a small hiccup during our weekend visit that affected our plans. The location was superb, right in the heart of historic Bristol, making it easy to explore the town by foot. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired, especially after a disappointing continental breakfast. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I was delighted with my stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bristol and close to the water. The staff was welcoming and very helpful but dining options left something to be desired. Despite that, the rooms were unique and comfortable, with some even featuring large windows and a fireplace, making my stay cozy and enjoyable.
